What's New?

Have you heard of Minky?  Oh my word!  It is the SOFTEST material I have ever felt.  I just want to snuggle it all day long!  I had to fight my five year old for the minky blanket. :)  I let him win, of course, but I had a hard time giving it up!  Our seamstress, Angie Kolbet, has provided us exclusively with her amazingly soft minky blankets, fleece blankets and flannel blankets.  They are completely machine washable and dryable and are incredibly fabulous.

Our newest (and youngest) artist has joined us!  My 8 year old son has started his own little magnet gift set business.  He is super duper proud of his business and creates beautiful and cute magnets (even if I say so myself).  The little refrigerator magnet gift sets make great gifts for home, office or dorm room.  He will be giving a set to his cousin who is getting married soon.  What a great housewarming/wedding gift!

Vintage Nifties - Crystal - Costume Jewelry - Antique Goodies

A newly discovered obsession or just the awakening to all that is vintage and fabulous?  Every time I am in a new town or out and about with a few minutes to spare, I search for lovely vintage nifties.  I am drawn to things that sparkle as well as to those amazing beauties with dual personalities.  For instance, those funky or sparkly antique clip on earrings are fabulous as shoe clips, hair clips, pocket clips, or purse clips!  They dress up anything quite nicely and offer a bit of pizzazz with a story.  Antique crystal salt and pepper shakers can become tiny, rainbow casting vases to display your garden's bounty in all it's colorful glory.
